Random doodles with a dash of color.  The addition of shadows help my roughs look more polished than they really are.  Cheers.

One of my favorite movies in middle school was The Crow.  I liked the dark subject matter and thought the character was such a badass.  Anyhoo,  the sketch was originally a value study for something more finished.  I ended up liking how it looked and with the suggestion of my coworker, Chase, I threw up some textures on it for the finish.

So this week’s titblog theme was to design a  pokemon.  So during my lunchbreak, I came up with Thundercub.  With the sword of omens he evolves into Liono.  Nuff Said.  Cheers!

So on Tuesday, Dr Sketchy’s hosted another of their figure drawing workshops at the studio I work at. It’s something I look forward to since it’s hard to attend figure drawing workshops because of work.
